Short statement from the Sussex County Football League:
“As all clubs are fully aware the continued bad weather is causing massive problems with more & more matches being postponed. Consequently, having obtained permission from the FA, we shall now extend the season till May 4th.
“The April fixtures will now be revised and notified to all clubs ASAP.”
As part of these changes Newhaven’s fixture on Saturday 23rd March, originally due to be against Wick, will now be against Bexhill United at Fort Road.
The remaining revisions will be uploaded to the website as and when they are released.
