Newhaven Under 18s suffered a disappointing four days as they exited both the FA Youth Cup and the Sussex Youth Cup to higher level opposition.

Then on Sunday morning a depleted Newhaven team travelled to Ryman League side Hastings United. With just ten players available the Dockers put up a decent fight in this Sussex Youth Cup First Round fixture, but eventually fell to a 4-2 defeat. Match Report
