Newhaven are through to the Reserve Cup Third Round after beating Rye United at Fort Road on Saturday.

Sean Breach and Lee Robinson scored in the second half to book the Dockers’ place in Round Three, where they will meet Eastbourne Town.

The First Team game at Bexhill United was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch which failed a 9.30am inspection. They do, however, remain top of Division Two after Littlehampton lost 2-0 at Mile Oak.
