Newhaven FC will play Littlehampton Town in the First Qualifying Round of the FA Carlsberg Vase. The draw, made today, will see the winner of the match at Fort Road play the winner of the tie between Shoreham and Ringmer.
Littlehampton were promoted to Division One last season, despite finishing 4th and outside the promotion places, due to having the required ground grading – but were then subsequently dropped back down to Division Two following a successful appeal by Chichester City, against their own relegation.
The game will be played at Fort Road on the 1st September. The first three rounds of the competition can be viewed below.
